Tank Tip:
New RMA Requirement Requires SDS Sheet Submission To Tank Support

- To stay compliant with OSHA’s “Right to Know” policy, SkyBitz Tank Monitoring now requires an Safety Data Sheet (SDS) sheet be provided by customers before we create an RMA.
- When contacting Support to submit a request for an RMA:
- If you call in the agent will provide you with a case number for your call and ask that you email a copy of the SDS for the chemical your device was used in. To speed up the processing of the RMA, please include this case number in your email with the SDS.
- If you are emailing into Support to make your request, make sure to attach the SDS to your email to streamline the process.
